Before trying Keto, I was hungry all the time and the number on the scale wasn't budging despite meticulously sticking to my meal plan and exercising 3-5 days a week. It's been about three weeks since I've started this new approach to eating and the pounds are flying off. It's amazing. I've discovered riced cauliflower and zoodles, two things I never knew that I loved.
